With more than 600,000 Natural Gas Vehicles on the road, the Asian region has one of the highest concentrations of NGVs in the world. Several programs are being planned or implemented to introduce NGVs to other areas within the region with the primary objective of obtaining clean air benefits. Important lessons can be learned through sharing the experiences, challenges and solutions that have arisen from programs locally and in other regions.
- Implementation and Monitoring of NGVs - how stakeholders can ensure that the clean air benefits of NGVs are achieved and maintained.
- Government NGV Policy and Programs - standards and regulations, training, incentives, publicity, emissions policies, pricing reports from Asian countries, different approaches to policy, what has worked and what hasn't, and a European policy outline
- Commercial and Financial Considerations and Opportunities
