Abstract

There are many types of toxic gases such as SO2, CO, CO2, NOx, dust in component of emitted gases from industrial activities. In conducting of a report on Environmental Impact Assessment, the distribution of each type of pollutant and their negative impacts are independently calculated.

At present, Vietnam Standards on environmental quality are limited at a permissible value for each type of the pollutant. The paper presents the methods for determination of average accumulated concentration of toxic matters. This can be considered as an indicator for the air environment quality in assessment and comparison of pollution degrees in different periods. Our air environmental engineering field of study has set up a software program to determine diffusion levels from hundred sources of toxic gases which have been emitted at the same time in a large area.
