Johnson Matthey also invented the market-leading Continuously Regenerating Trap (CRT®) filter system to reduce emissions of particulate matter from trucks and buses. This technology is also being used by original equipment manufacturers as exhaust aftertreatment for non-road mobile machinery, primarily for the construction industry.
