The General Assembly of the Clean Air Initiative for Asian Cities (CAI-Asia) will be held in the morning of 9 December 2004, one day after BAQ 2004. The General Assembly is an important gathering of the CAI-Asia Executive Council and CAI-Asia members. Since it was launched in 2001 by the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank, CAI-Asia has evolved into an important network for policymakers and stakeholders to share their experiences in air quality management. The General Assembly is a way for members to review the accomplishments in 2004, and plan for activities that wil be implemented over the next 2 years.
