Organizing CommitteeClean Air Initiative for Asian Cities The CAI-Asia Secretariat helped to successfully organize BAQ 2002 and BAQ 2003. The CAI-Asia Secretariat will take the lead in program development and facilitate the participation of international participants. Central Pollution Control Board CPCB is responsible for implementing air quality regulations in India. CPCB will act as the government liaison in the BAQ 2004 Secretariat. SIAM The Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers supports various activites to reduce vehicle emissions. SIAM is also resposible for program development and facilitating the participation of Indian participants in BAQ 2004. |
