Sustainable Cities and Public Transport - Bringing Quality to Life

International speakers and signatories to the UITP Sustainable Development Charter will highlight the contribution that public transport makes to sustainable communities. This is the first conference on this topic organised by UITP, the International Association of Public Transport (2700 members worldwide). Practitioners will share what it means to implement sustainability into public and private operations of public transport, city planning and the wider picture. Environmental sustainable technologies will be showcased in a poster zone for one stop shopping for the latest technologies.
