China: Mr. Tang Da-gang and Ding Can, director from vehicle emission control center of state environmental protection administration (VECC-SEPA), introduced the "Limits and Method of Measuring Air Pollutants Concentration in the Vehicles" in Sina which was being drafted.

Mr. Tang Da-gang said that there are two sources of air pollutants concentration in the vehicles. The first part contributes air pollutants from outside, including exhaust, particulate matter and so on, volatile material and parts in the vehicle makes of the second part, which is the basic of this standard.

Mr. Ding Can introduced foreign situation. There are no similar standards, but by the regulation to limit decorating material and parts in the vehicle, and carmakers´ self-disciplined conduct. So Ding said that difficulty of making this standard is lack of reference.
