CDM Manual for project developers and policy makers
published by the Ministry of the Environment, Japan (MOE), Global Environmental Centre Foundation (GEC), Pacific Consultants Co., Ltd., December 2004

This manual is the comprehensive guide for the CDM, both for Annex I countries and non-Annex I countries, including the CDM- related rules and procedures.

GEC is pleased to launch the English version of the comprehensive CDM guide for a wide range of stakeholders, especially CDM developers and policymakers, to promote further CDM projects. The technical assistance was provided by Pacific Consultants Co., Ltd. and support by the MOE.
