Clean Air for Asia Training Programme
Please complete the questionnaire survey by 30 June 2005

The Clean Air for Asia Training Programme is aimed at providing training on air quality management for stakeholders in less developed countries (LDCs) in Asia. The two-year programme is being funded by the EU Asia Urbs Programme with co-funding from WHO, NILU, IAEA and GTZ.

The Clean Air for Asia Training Programme programme is being undertaken by the Stockholm Environment Institute (Sweden) in collaboration with the Pollution Control Department (Thailand), University of York (UK) and CATNet, CAI-Asia.

As part of the Clean Air for Asia Training Programme, we are undertaking a questionnaire survey to identify the key training needs of national and governmental authorities and other stakeholders in less developed countries in Asia (e.g. Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, East Timor, Laos, the Maldives and Nepal).

In addition, we will be considering training needs in Mongolia, Myanmar, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq and Vietnam.

We would be grateful if you could assist us by completing the following questionnaire on-line at www.sei.se/cleanair/

-Dr. Gary Haq and Dr. Dieter Schwela
