The workshop is co-sponsored by the USAEP and the East West Center (Honolulu) and organised by Vietnam Center for Environmental Engineering for Towns and Industrial Areas (CEETIA). The workshop will target local and international decision-makers and practitioners on air quality issues. The objectives of the workshop are to:
- Disseminate CEETIA’s results of the air quality monitoring in Hanoi City
- Provide awareness on air pollution exposure and health risks
- Provide recommendations of how to improve air quality
- Provide awareness on communication strategies for air pollution
Participants include 80 representatives from VEPA, MONRE, MOH, DOH, Media, AQM stations, relevant Universities, DONREs from Hanoi, HCMC, Da Nang, Hai Phong, and donors.
