Grant Boyle from the United Nations University, Tokyo discussed the policy drivers, status and general market support factors of alternative fuels in developing countries. This was presented at the UNU Conference on Hydrogen Fuel Cells and Alternatives in the Transport Sector: Issues for Developing Countries workshop last November 7, 2005 in UNUINTECH-Maastricht-Netherlands.
