The Center for Clean Air Policy has released a transportation emissions guidebook designed to help state and local officials explore the extent to which policy decisions affect air pollution energy use and greenhouse gas emissions.

The Center for Clean Air Policy has released a transportation emissions guidebook designed to help state and local officials explore the extent to which policy decisions affect air pollution energy use and greenhouse gas emissions. The guidebook consists of two parts that each contain policy briefs and an emissions calculator. Part 1: Land Use, Transit and Travel Demand Management; Part 2: Vehicle Technology and Fuels. Free registration is required to view the document.
