The Transport Group of the World Bank, with the support of the Public-Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF) has prepared the Urban bus toolkit that offers tools and options for reforming bus systems. This toolkit is designed to help government officials and policy makers evaluate existing and alternative urban bus systems in developing and transitional countries. It offers practical advice to enact fundamental system reforms.
