The report of China National Climate Change Program (NCCP) in English and Chinese.
Following the UNFCCC requirement, the report is the first official document of the sort prepared by the Government of China. It aims to discuss and present the country 's position, plans and actions addressing global warming up to 2010. The World Bank, through the Italian trust fund for Environmental Protection in China, provided financial support to NDRC's National Climate Change Office to prepare NCCP and four provincial case studies and action planning in Yunnan, Hubei, Shaanxi and Jilin as well as an outreaching program disseminating the findings of the studies.
