On March 22 and 23, IGES and the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) conducted a joint workshop in Washington, D.C. entitled "U.S.-Japan Workshop on Climate Actions and Co-benefits."The workshop promoted action on climate change and its ancillary benefits such as public health, energy security and economic growth. The workshop was supported by the Japanese Ministry of the Environment.
