The Institute for Transportation and Development Policy has released its Fall 2007 issue of Sustainable Transport Magazine. "This issue features stories about Paris’s Velib bike sharing program, downtown revitalization efforts in Rio de Janeiro, bus rapid transit progress in Guangzhou, trolleybuses in Sao Paulo, a five year reflection on the California Bike project in Africa, and congestion charging efforts in New York City and the U.S."
