In this paper, author makes an attempt to propose decongestion of Bangalore by a process termed as partial-demotorisation. Since the policymakers for long have used congestion as a tool for proposing infrastructure improvement projects, the same tool has been employed to advertise the concept of demotorisation. An attempt has been made in the paper to access the congestion cost in Bangalore.
