International Petroleum Industry Environmental Conservation Association (IPIECA) IPIECA, the International Petroleum Industry Environmental Conservation Association, was established in 1974. It is a voluntary non-profit organization whose membership includes both petroleum companies and associations at the national, regional or international levels.
