The International Motor Vehicle Committee (CITA) has the pleasure in officially announcing its 10th conference.
CITA is recognized to be the worldwide umbrella non-profit association grouping 74 Members from 38 different countries active or interested in the field of in-service vehicle technical roadworthiness inspections and enforcements. Therefore it organizes every 18 months a conference consisting of technical visits, quality key note speakers, workshops and round table discussions for its members, stakeholders and interested parties to share and expand their insights and to discuss the challenges ahead. Delegates from around the world make it to be a worldwide forum.
The 2006 CITA Conference with the theme "The Future of Vehicle Inspection - Contributing to Sustainable Road Transport" will be held in Hanoi, Vietnam
from 17-20 October 2006 and hosted by the Vietnam Register.
What is new this year is an additional theme focused on "The Developments in Inspection of 2 & 3 Wheeled Vehicles."
Workshops cover key safety, environmental, operational and strategic topics Social events are foreseen to foster your friendship with colleagues from
around the world and to establish new contacts by making the most of these occasions for face-to-face conversations and a "Partners Programme" for
accompanying persons is also included during the conference.
In addition, the Vietnam Register schedules to organize an optional social tour to Halong Bay, one of Asia's most beautiful natural wonders.
