On 3rd July, the Climate Challenge India coalition issued an independent Interim Assessment of the Government of India's 'National Action Plan on Climate Change'. The assessment, which gives the Government a B+ for effort and a D for vision, is available for download from the website of the Centre for Social Markets, and other coalition members.
